Introduction:

The Facilities Board wishes to encourage community members (that own or reside in our community - specifically: Town and Country I, Town and Country II, Cedar Ridge I or Cedar Ridge II Condominiums) to create fun and engaging clubs.

Privileges

The Facilities Board will support community clubs that it deems appropriate in its sole discretion by offering clubs (in good standing) the following privileges:
    
1) Meeting Space:

a. Approved clubs may reserve space in the event room by contacting the Club Coordinator (TNCclubs@optonline.net) for regular meetings and social/fundraising events.

2) Publicity:  

a. Approved clubs may submit club information for posting to the TNC website by sending an email to TNCclubs@optonline.net with the following information:

o Club Name
o Club Purpose/Description
o Meeting Date
o Special Events
o Contact Information
 
**Please be aware that the Board reserves the right to edit the proposed posting or deny it altogether as it deems appropriate at its sole discretion.

Starting a Club:

To start a club, please contact the Club Coordinator at TNCclubs@optonline.net or you may pick up a form from the clubhouse, fill it out and leave it with the office staff.  Kindly provide all the information called for in the form.  Other than obtain/submitting forms, do not seek assistance from the office staff as these clubs are handled solely through the Club Coordinator.

Sign-up Forms:

Sign up forms will be available at the Facilities Office or via the website http://www.tncclubhouse.com

Types of Clubs:

Examples:

o Art Club (Writing, Painting, Drawing, Music, Etc.)
o Craft Club (Sewing, Scrapbooking, Etc.)
o Gardening Club
o Academic Club
o Athletic/Sports Club
o Animal Club (Walking, Health and Care)

Note: All clubs are subject to the approval of the Board, at the Board's sole discretion, and privileges may be revoked at any time in the Board's sole discretion.

Note:
o At least 75% of group members must be reside in and/or own a unit within the Town and Country/Cedar Ridge Condominium Complex.

o You must be at least 18 years old to start or lead a club.

o Clubs are strictly voluntary and no club leaders or members are to receive financial gain for their role.

o Each club participant (including but not limited to it's founder, facilitator, members and guests) will be jointly and severally responsible for all damages to which he or she has contributed to.

o All club members (residents and non-residents alike) must adhere to all applicable rules and regulations including those of Town 'n Country Community Facilities Corp. and the clubhouse.

o Each club member must sign a form consenting to the rules, regulations and terms and conditions.

o At the end of each meeting, Club Leaders are required to hand into the Facilities Office an attendance sheet.
